I have been a very bad  lazy girl about taking the Toji Hair Vitamins. The directions say take 2 pills twice a day with food. I struggle to take a pill in the morning because I seldom eat breakfast (insert nutrition lecture here). However I am very interested in letting some lucky winner blog/vlog an accurate review.
